I was thinking about this and it seems to me that some of the most common problems are
Email
Handling interruptions/distractions
Procrastination
Urgent v Important
Work life balance
What do you think? Any topic that you would add/remove/prioritize?

I am looking to learn things like - I am distracted by relpying to sudent emails - what do I do? Or - I dont know of a good way to organize things in my office so I spend a lot of time looking for things - Help! Or - I know what I should be doing - just dont have the motivation - what would help?
One thing people are encouraged to do is log where there time is going so that time sinks can be identified - anyone willing to do this and share?
